Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Conduct market research, identify potential clients, and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales: Utilize various channels to generate leads, such as networking, industry events, and online marketing.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals: Successfully negotiate contracts and close deals that meet revenue targets and company objectives.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: From lead generation and qualification to closing deals and after-sales support.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows: Network with potential clients and industry professionals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
- Experience in selling industrial automation solutions, particularly solenoid valves
- Existing relationships within target industries (defense, aerospace, power generation, etc.)
