Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business 1 opportunities, expanding our market share, and achieving ambitious sales targets. This role requires a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong focus on customer relationships and business growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Conduct market research, identify potential clients, and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales: Utilize various channels to generate leads, such as networking, industry events, and online marketing.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Successfully negotiate contracts and close deals that meet revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: From lead generation and qualification to closing deals and after-sales support.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows: Network with potential clients and industry professionals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
  • Experience in selling industrial automation solutions, particularly solenoid valves
  • Existing relationships within target industries (defense, aerospace, power generation, etc.)
